A solid choice for a comfortable stay! The breakfast options are fantastic, with both Western and Japanese sets. Rooms are neat and cozy, perfect for solo travelers. The friendly staff were super accommodating, even helping retrieve a lost item. The location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions, just a short walk from the station!

This hotel in Shinjuku offered a peaceful escape while being close to bustling areas like Kabukicho and Golden Gai. The breakfast spread amazed me. there were both Western and Japanese options, each day different and delicious. My room, while small, had a compact and clean bathroom complete with basic toiletries. I appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day exploring Tokyo. Getting to the hotel from Shinjuku station was straightforward through the underground, but the 10-minute walk felt a bit cumbersome with larger luggage. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. I even received a room earlier due to my early arrival. some amenities came with an additional fee, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite the tight space for two suitcases, everything else made the stay enjoyable. Would consider returning, but might opt for a larger room next time.

Staying here while exploring nearby attractions like the Samurai Museum and Golden Gai was a fantastic experience. I loved how clean the room was and the shower in the compact bathroom was just wonderful. Breakfast options were solid, especially the freshly toasted croissants, and there were plenty of cafes and convenience stores right nearby, which made it so convenient for quick meals. The vibe around the hotel was calm despite being so close to all the action in Shinjuku, allowing for a nice retreat after a day out. I'd totally come back if I find myself in Tokyo again!

the room was cramped, and the foul bathroom smell was absolutely unacceptable. who thought a frosted window was a great idea? no privacy at all! I almost left a good review if I hadn’t been charged for basic amenities like razors. for crying out loud, I expected at least a complimentary toothbrush!

clean compact bathroom, well-kept rooms, access to nearby subway
The room felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage!!! More space would have added comfort for solo or couple travelers!!! The lack of a safety deposit box was disappointing, as I expected standard security features!!!

It was surprisingly convenient, I walked to the station in 10 mins, which was nice. The service? Phenomenal! they even helped me get my hat back from a restaurant.
Not cheap by any means but still within a reasonable range.

I loved how clean and calm the rooms were. The breakfast options were just right for a good start. It was also a nice 15-minute walk to the JR Shinjuku station, and everything I needed was around the corner.

We spent 6 nights in a cozy double room with a lovely compact bathroom. The breakfast was a highlight, with options to choose from each day, and the staff was genuinely friendly, going the extra mile to help with everything we needed during our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the room could benefit from more space for families with children.
